Ályktun stjórnar og trúnaðarráðs félagsins

Á fundi stjórnar og trúnaðarráðs félagsins sem fór fram mánudaginn 16. janúar s.l. þar sem fjallað var um hvort bæri að segja upp kjarasamningum vegna svika Ríkisstjórnar Íslands hluta samningsins var svohljóðandi ályktun samþykkt.

 

„Á fundi stjórnar og trúnaðarráðs Iðnsveinafélags Skagafjarðar var farið yfir forsendubresti gildandi kjarasamninga. Var fundurinn sammála um að segja ekki upp samningnum þrátt fyrir svikin loforð Ríkistjórnar Íslands, enda sjá menn ekki hvað væri í stöðunni ef samningnum yrði sagt upp, og þá hefðu menn fórnað launahækkun sem koma á 1. febrúar. Voru fundarmenn sammála um að pressað yrði áfram á Ríkisstjórnina um að standa við gefin loforð.

En taka einarða afstöðu við endurskoðun samninga að ári.“
