Bjartsýni í samningaviðræðum

Vikan hefur verið nýtt til að koma af stað vinnuhópum í lífeyrissjóðsmálum, kennitöluflakki og svartri vinnu, útboðsmálum, málefnum starfsmannaleiga, málum er tengjast veikindarétti o.fl. sem stéttarfélögin hafa óskað eftir að tekin verði  til skoðunar í kjarasamningsviðræðunum.  Þessari vinnu miðar vel áfram og ert gert ráð fyrir að næsta vika fari undir þessa vinnu, samhliða því sem viðræður hefjast við stjórnvöld um mál sem snúa að þeim.  Eftir næstu viku ættu því meginlínur að vera farnar að skírast og ætti um miðjan mars að liggja fyrir hvort takist að ljúka samningum.  Engin mál hafa enn komið upp sem benda til að þetta eigi ekki að takast en þó er rétt að taka fram að enn eru ekki hafnar viðræður um launalið samninganna.  Bjartsýni ríkir því um að það plan sem unnið er eftir gangi upp.
